Rosemary T. Bowes, Ph.D. Office Location The office is on the ninth floor of the German Embassy Building, 2300 M Street NW, on the southwest corner of 23rd and M streets. The building is a seven-minute walk from The George Washington University Hospital and the Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro station. From the hospital and Metro entrance, walk across Washington Circle to its north side, then proceed north along 23rd (crossing L Street) for one additional block. Both outdoor and indoor off-street parking is available within half a block of her office. Street meters are set for short-term parking. |
